I am honored to be writing this article for the KCA newsletter. In 1999 I became manager of Hebron Cemetery in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. Hebron was established in 1894 and contains about 10 acres. Even though, Hebron is a small cemetery we believe being a member of the KCA has been of great benefit. In 2000, I was invited to attend a KCA meeting. Since then I have been an active member of KCA and was elected as a board member in 2006.

I encourage everyone to read our newsletters and to attend the convention. The conventions especially bring about a lot of information that we can use throughout the year and we always have fun. The cemetery industry is ever changing and we need to stay informed so that we can provide the best for the people that we serve each day. I look forward to meeting you at our KCA functions, and if I can be of assistance to you please do not hesitate to contact me.
